Christina has been working in the beautiful historic town of Lunenburg for almost 15 years. Working as both an inpatient and outpatient dietitian, she has the opportunity to work across the entire life span; from infants to end of life.
As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) she supports families with breastfeeding and infant feeding needs. In the nutrition clinic, education for heart disease, diabetes, gut issues and weight management are her interests. She also has the opportunity to work in the community as a member of the Senior's Community Health Team.
Her evenings are spent teaching fitness classes, specifically Zumba.
Self-referrals can be made to the nutrition clinic and are covered under MSI.

After working as a public health dietitian in Ontario for 7 years, Kaitlyn finds herself back in her hometown doing what she loves. Meghan is a private practice dietitian based in Bridgewater. Meghan provides telephone and virtual appointments to clients of Eat Well Nova Scotia! Nikki has worked in acute care in New Brunswick, community/sales in Nova Scotia and in Long Term Care in both provinces. Currently she is working as a clinical dietitian/department manager in LTC in NS and has been for the past 5.5 years. Her role encompasses swallowing assessments, nutritional assessments, managerial duties, and teaching Nutrition with Dementia and Feeding with Sensitivity as well as other
