Alana is a Registered Dietitian working out of 902 Athletics & Therapy in Bridgewater.
Alana is a Certified Diabetes Educator and her passion is educating clients on blood sugar management, as well as lifestyle habits that aid in the prevention of Type 2 Diabetes.
Alana also enjoys working with adults and teens for a variety of different topics, including but not limited to women's health (fertility, PCOS, endometriosis, peri-menopause, menopause), weight management, improving self-esteem and body trust, ADHD and its impact on eating behaviours, and sports nutrition.

Alyssa is a Registered Dietitian based out of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. She received her BSc in Applied Human Nutrition (Dietetics) from Mount Saint Vincent University and completed her dietetic internship with Nova Scotia Health and Loblaw Companies Limited.
In her current role, Alyssa works closely with families to help navigate their paediatric nutrition concerns relating to the introduction of solids, food allergies and intolerances, management of chronic health conditions, and much more.
Alyssa is passionate about providing practical and evidence-based nutrition guidance to help children and families develop healthy relationships with food.

Caitlin currently works for Simply for Life serving the Bridgewater and surrounding area. She graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and completed a post graduate practicum program through Acadia.
Her role at Simply For Life allows her to provide clients with personalized nutrition care, through meal plans and weekly coaching. She enjoys working one on one with clients to support and encourage them to make positive and healthy lifestyle changes.

Carissa has worked in the outpatient nutrition clinic at South Shore Regional Hospital in Bridgewater since 2010. She is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with the breastfeeding network since 2016. Carissa sees clients of all ages, and her interests lie in pediatric nutrition as well as disease specific adult nutrition!

Christina has been working in the beautiful historic town of Lunenburg for almost 15 years. Working as both an inpatient and outpatient dietitian, she has the opportunity to work across the entire life span; from infants to end of life.
As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) she supports families with breastfeeding and infant feeding needs. In the nutrition clinic, education for heart disease, diabetes, gut issues and weight management are her interests. She also has the opportunity to work in the community as a member of the Senior's Community Health Team.
Her evenings are spent teaching fitness classes, specifically Zumba.
Self-referrals can be made to the nutrition clinic and are covered under MSI.
Crystal Berkeley, RD
Director of Food Service/Clinical Dietitian at Riverview Enhanced Living Society
Crystal currently works with Riverview Enhanced Living Society as the Director of Food Service and Clinical Dietitian.
She also does contract work with Rosedale Home for Special Care as their clinical dietitian. She has a strong interest in nutrition and long term care. As well, Crystal works casually with the Nova Scotia Health Authority and enjoys continually learning.

Kaitlyn Comeau, RD

Kaitlyn is a Registered Dietitian serving the Clare municipality and surrounding areas. She received her BSc in Applied Human Nutrition (Dietetics) from Mount Saint Vincent University.
After working as a public health dietitian in Ontario for 7 years, Kaitlyn finds herself back in her hometown doing what she loves. She runs a group membership program for weight loss accountability, focusing on nutrition, exercise and helping clients develop consistency in their lifestyle habits to reach their happy weight and long-term wellness.
Kaitlyn also works as a virtual dietitian in obesity management and as a virtual assistant helping other dietitians in their own businesses.

Lisa graduated from Acadia University in 1994, and then completed a dietetic internship at the Ottawa Civic Hospital. Her career started with Food Service Contract companies, first as a Food Service Director then as a Senior Manager. She then moved a role as a Dietitian in Long Term Care. Lisa also provides contract services as an Administrative Dietitian with Public Health. Her background is very diverse – with experiences in clinical, administration, food service and public health. She has a strong interest in nutrition, health and fitness.

Meghan is a private practice dietitian based in Bridgewater. Meghan provides telephone and virtual appointments to clients of Eat Well Nova Scotia! Meghan understands that healthy eating is more than knowing what to do; it’s about helping people make those challenging life changes. Meghan’s thorough assessments are designed to help clients identify the root causes of their ailments and what may be holding them back from change. She works with clients to pinpoint actionable goals to start building a foundation of success. Meghan also provides medical nutrition therapy for the management of chronic and acute health issues.
Meghan has a master’s degree in nutrition and metabolism from the University of Alberta. She has been a registered dietitian in family practice and children’s health research for more than 10 years. As a parent of two exceptional children, Meghan understands that life can be complicated and it’s always better with the proper support.

Nikki Morine, RD

Nikki is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Human Nutrition and Dietetics Internship. She completed her internships with Diabetes Canada, St. Patrick’s Mercy Home, and Saint John Regional Hospital. Nikki has worked in acute care in New Brunswick, community/sales in Nova Scotia and in Long Term Care in both provinces. Currently she is working as a clinical dietitian/department manager in LTC in NS and has been for the past 5.5 years. Her role encompasses swallowing assessments, nutritional assessments, managerial duties, and teaching Nutrition with Dementia and Feeding with Sensitivity as well as other
topics. Outside of her career, she enjoys her children, reading, working out, baking, and pretty much anything to do with summer!
