What do you love most about your job?

I love being able to help parents raise happy, healthy little eaters. I love watching their confidence grow as we teach them the best ways to feed their little ones. Most of all, I love watching babies eat and explore food! It’s so much fun to see them figuring it all out, getting messy, and enjoying food.

Where is your favorite place to be in Nova Scotia?

My favorite place to be in Nova Scotia is at my cottage in Cape Breton. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and is only accessible by boat. It’s secluded and completely surrounded by nature, making it the perfect summer getaway to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet.

What is your favorite place to find new recipes?

My favorite place to find new recipes is on Instagram. I follow dietitians from all over the world, and I love seeing what kind of recipes they come up with. This allows me to find and try diverse recipes with roots from different cultures and traditional foods, which I love!
