I’ve been an RD registered in Nova Scotia since 2013, RD registered in NB since 2024, and a Certified Diabetes Educator since 2024.

I love to learn and it’s drawn me to many areas of dietetics as a result:
fertility, 
prenatal/postpartum, 
infants & children, 
diabetes (GDM, PreDM, T1 & T2),
cholesterol & blood pressure, 
gut health (including constipation and IBS),
group programming & partnerships & more! 
 
My approach is to meet you where you are, learn where you want to be, build a plan to get you there together, and then help you learn the strategies, skills & tools to adjust to anything life throws at you.
