Meredith is a Registered Dietitan with 9 years' clinical experience providing medical nutrition therapy through a whole-foods, whole-person lens. She works most often with metabolic and digestive health concerns (diabetes/obesity/MASLD; GERD/IBS/IBD).

Currently, Meredith divides her time between working as a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) in the Truro DEC, supporting the bariatric surgery program at Colchester East Hants Health Centre, and advising private nutrition therapy clients in her own practice (Fresh Focus Nutrition) located in Bedford.

When counselling Meredith provides an open, non-judgmental environment for clients to explore possible nutrition interventions, balancing current clinical practice guidelines with the multifactorial reality of their financial, lifestyle, familial and health management goals. She is committed to making emerging nutrition research relevant, useful, and memorable for people of all ages.
