Terri Rutledge is a Registered Dietitian (RD) who identifies as a neurodivergent ADHD(c)er and is passionate about normalizing conversations around mental health.

She has been practicing for 5 years and completed her BScAHN (2012), MScAHN (2019), and internship practicum (2019) with Mount Saint Vincent University.

Terri is based out of Halifax, NS, but serves residents across NS and NB virtually through her private practice, The Daily Grind Nutrition (DGN).

At The DGN, she uses a strengths-based and person-centered approach to nutrition care and proudly practices through a weight-neutral and neurodiversity-affirming lens, valuing diversity and inclusion.

In her practice, Terri supports and empowers neurodivergent-identifying adults in navigating their feeding differences and challenges so they can take the stress out of mealtime, nourish their bodies and minds, and thrive in their 'daily grind' with confidence.

She provides support with executive functioning differences, meal planning, shopping, and preparation strategies, establishing eating routines, modifying eating environments to accommodate needs and preferences, sensory differences, disordered eating, nurturing a healthy relationship with food, and more.

Terri meets her clients where they are in their health journey with compassion and empathy and aims to provide care that is informed by the unique needs and lived experiences of each person.
