Strawberry Mango Smoothie
This is a great basic smoothie recipe! In the summer use this as a base for popsicles.
Makes 2 Servings.
Ingredients:
1 cup mangos (frozen)
1 cup strawberries (frozen)
¾ cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk or alternative
Preparation:
1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Cook’s Tips:
You can use 2 cups of any frozen fruit you have on hand for this recipe. If you prefer a more liquid smoothie use defrosted or fresh fruit. This recipe even works well with a handful of spinach thrown in.
