Holiday Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding
Make your morning routine festive!

Ingredients:
1 cup milk or milk alternate
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp zest of orange or clementine
1 tsp pure maple syrup
3 tbsp whole chia seeds

Whisk all ingredients together or put in a jar with a tight lid and shake until well blended. Let thicken for at least two hours or overnight.

Whisk or shake again before topping with pomegranate seeds orange segments.
