Raspberry Chia Parfait

An easy dessert, snack or breakfast, it’s chock-full of fiber, protein and healthy fats. It’s a perfect way to start your day!

Chia Pudding: 

 

  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened milk or milk-alternative

  • 1-2 tsp of honey if desired 

 

Shake up all Ingredients in a jar & refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. 

 

Raspberry Layer: 

 

  • 1/2 cup fresh or unfrozen raspberries

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds 

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey 

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla 

 

Mix together with a little water. 

 

Over chia pudding in a jar, add the raspberry mixture. Top with Greek yoghurt and granola or berries of choice.
