Easy Orange Chicken

Looking for a new recipe with great taste for the New Year? Think simple, easy to prep meals with ingredients on hand. This is a great crowd pleaser. It's packed with protein and the orange & baby tomatoes = Deliciousness!

Ingredients for sauce:

2 Tbsp Honey
-
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp Mustard

2 Tbsp olive oil
-
6 minced garlic cloves
-
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
-
Juice of 1 or 2 oranges
Instructions:
​
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Place chicken thighs in a 9x13 dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with sauce.
Cook 425 for 20-25 min.
Serve with sweet baby tomatoes, herbs & side veggies such as streamed broccoli, baked Brussels sprouts and julienned carrots.
