EAT:

OK, May long weekend brought rain and cold for that first annual camping trip, but have faith...warmer temperatures and perfect camping weather will come to us in NS...eventually! Be ready to eat a little healthier on your next camping trip by trying out a few of these healthy and yummy ideas for meals and snacks while camping. Thanks to the Calgary-based dietitians at Health Stand Nutrition for these great tips! I am looking forward to trying the grilled peaches with mascarpone cheese!

READ & LEARN:

Mental health continues to dominate our healthcare system as a top priority, whether the topic is around mood disorders, learning disabilities, or age-related cognitive decline/dementia or Alzheimer disease. The Food and Behaviour Research organization, founded by Dr. Alex Richardson, of Oxford University, is a wealth of information based on the latest science on brain health and nutrition.
