Today, supporting our local restaurants and food and beverage suppliers is more important than ever. Taste of Nova Scotia, in partnership with the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture, is working to compile a province-wide resource, Get Your Hands on Local, to help you source local food and drink in your community. From restaurants offering dine in service and take-out, to local food & beverage suppliers, markets & retailers offering online ordering, pickup, delivery and retail options, use this guide to get your hands on local.

Health Foundation of NS is an awesome and fun family event and also a fundraiser! While enjoying your ‘staycation’ in NS this summer, why not take part in this Staycation Scavenger Crawl with chance to win great prizes, and help raise money for Mental Health in NS!
