EAT:

Summer eats abound now that the weather has finally turned lovely! And for many people living with IBS, the discomfort and pain that result from eating certain trigger foods (garlic, onion, anyone?!) can prevent us from enjoying that delicious food on offer at your friend’s bbq. Well, here is a resource for you! Fody Foods make a variety of low FODMAP/IBS-friendly food items. Buy in store (Organic Earth in Halifax, and available across Canada), or online. Or, check out their website, which has some great recipes and tips. I LOVE lettuce wraps- such a terrific summer recipe, try it!

Get the scoop HERE.
